What is the minimum number of guests required?
Our standard minimum is 8 guests. However, we do offer intimate packages for as few as 5 guests with a small event fee. For groups of 20 or more, we can bring multiple chefs to ensure timely service and a seamless experience.
What do I need to provide at my NJ home?
Very little! We bring our own professional hibachi grills, all cooking equipment, ingredients, and condiments. All we ask is that you have a suitable outdoor or indoor space large enough for the grill and your guests, plus access to a standard power outlet. We handle setup and full cleanup after the event.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
